I want to point out a clause located in our Terms of Service:

"('thathorseplace.com', its owners and affiliates will simply be referred to as 'this web site' ...) This web site does not condone the use of spam, phone solicitation, etc."

Since my purchase, there has been some concern regarding email tactics. What I can say is that I will be sending out an email to all of our advertisers regarding some upcoming, exciting changes and that is all. I understand that there was concern about the volume of email in the past - do not worry. I do not have any email campaigns nor do I plan to have any.
